New Customer PolicyWe primarily service customers only within the Chicago Metro area and are not accepting any new customers outside of this area at the present time. Current customers outside of the area will continue to be serviced. We only accept customers on a net 10 open account terms or payment in advance basis. We do not ship C.O.D. or bill by credit card. All potential customers must submit credit information for review before we can ship to them. Pricing & Order Size PolicyPricing shall be as shown on this website or on our price lists. We do not send out bids or quotes. Contract pricing will be shown on this site for all items. We do not deviate at any time from this contract pricing. We can provide names of other sources if you are need lower prices. These include OfficeMax, Office Depot, Staples, Boise Cascade Ofice Products, Corporate Express, and several dozen online suppliers. Taking advantage of these firms' below cost promotions on paper goods and other items will save you a substantial amount of money. Our strong pricing is in our remanufacturing service, special papers, printer repair services, special labels, ink jet refill service and other specialty products such as our Rosetec line of staplers. We are unable to handle small orders efficiently. We do better on larger size orders, for example, if you should need several thousand staplers, we are very competitive. If you require small orders, OfficeMax and Office Depot would be able to supply you more effectively.
